Core Responsibilities

- Camera Operation: Frame, focus, and adjust shots in real-time, handling camera movements, pans, tilts, and tracking. [1, 2]

- Equipment Setup: Assemble, calibrate, and maintain digital video cameras, lenses, tripods, gimbals, sliders, and lighting gear. [1, 2, 3]

- Lighting & Audio: Work with lighting technicians or set up three-point lighting, and monitor or record clean audio using external/lavalier microphones. [1, 2]

- Collaboration: Coordinate with directors, producers, sound crews, and editors to meet production requirements. [1, 2, 3]

- Data Management: Offload, back up, and organize digital video files and media cards after a shoot, as outlined in guidelines from the Directorate General of Training. [1, 2]

Essential Skills & Qualifications

- Technical Proficiency:



Deep understanding of camera settings (aperture, shutter speed, ISO, frame rates, and white balance).

- Software Familiarity: Basic knowledge of editing platforms like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Da Vinci Resolve.

- Physical Stamina: Ability to carry, lift, and operate heavy camera rigs for extended periods.

- Education & Experience: A degree or diploma in mass communication, film, or photography, paired with a practical portfolio or demo reel. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7]

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
