ROLE OVERVIEW The role involves overseeing the financial management of multiple real estate projects, including project-level finances and entity-level financial operations. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of raising, managing, allocating, and redeploying capital within India's real estate ecosystem. The candidate will also play a key role in evaluating, identifying, and selecting new projects based on their financial viability and strategic potential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Drive financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and project-level profitability analysis.

- Lead fundraising, project finance, debt structuring, treasury, liquidity and working-capital management.

- Oversee financial performance and reporting across projects, SPVs and group entities; ensure strong financial controls, compliance and governance.

- Optimise capital allocation and redeployment, assess project viability and support identification and selection of recent development opportunities.

- Partner with the CEO,



promoters and business leaders on investment decisions, risk mitigation and long-term growth.

- Build and maintain relationships with banks, NBFCs, private equity funds, investors and other real estate financing partners.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

- Minimum 20 years of finance experience within real estate development, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

- MBA from a top-tier institute; CA/CFA qualification is an added advantage.

- Strong track record in project funding, fundraising, treasury, financial modelling and complex financial structures.

- Experience managing multiple projects and group entities, with the ability to work directly with promoters, the CEO and senior management.

- Established relationships across Indias real estate finance ecosystem, including lenders and institutional investors.
