About Us

Manna Group is a Kerala-based rubber company with operations in India and the UAE. We make reclaimed rubber at Airapuram Rubber Park and tread rubber and retreading materials at Keezhillam. We also run tyre retreading and tyre trading businesses. Our vehicles are on the road every day: bringing scrap tyres and raw materials in, moving goods between our units, and delivering finished products to customers.

About the Role

We want a hands-on Fleet & Logistics Manager to take full charge of our vehicles and everything they carry. You will keep the fleet running, plan every trip, build our network of scrap tyre suppliers, and run our logistics management system. The ideal person has driven and maintained heavy goods vehicles, has since moved into managing fleets and people, and is comfortable with software.

Key Responsibilities

Fleet Management & Maintenance

- Take full charge of all company vehicles and keep them road-ready at all times
- Plan and track preventive maintenance, servicing, repairs and breakdowns, and coordinate with workshops and spare-parts suppliers
- Monitor diesel use, mileage, tyres and running cost for each vehicle
- Keep all vehicle and driver documents valid: RC, insurance, fitness, permits, road tax, PUC and licences

Delivery & Transport Planning

- Schedule vehicles for customer deliveries, transfers between our plants and vendor pickups, in line with production and sales plans
- Plan inbound raw-material deliveries from vendors so the plants are never short or overstocked
- Plan routes and loads to reduce empty trips and cost per km and per tonne
- Make sure every trip has its e-way bill, delivery challan and proof of delivery in order

Scrap Tyre Sourcing

- Find, build and maintain a network of small-scale scrap tyre suppliers and dealers across Kerala and neighbouring states
- Negotiate rates, arrange pickups and combine small lots into full loads
- Check quantity and quality on arrival and keep supplier records up to date





Logistics Systems & Reporting

- Run our logistics management system: trip planning, dispatch, gate and weighbridge entries, proof of delivery and vehicle records
- Work with our in-house IT team to improve the system and make sure drivers use it on their phones
- Use GPS tracking, Excel and ERP (SAP Business One) data to report on fleet performance, costs and delivery times

People Management

- Lead drivers, helpers and loading staff, including duty rosters, attendance and leave cover
- Hire and train drivers on safe driving, vehicle care, correct loading and using the system
- Be the main contact on transport matters for vendors, suppliers, customers and plant managers

What We’re Looking For

- A valid heavy vehicle driving license (HGMV/HTV).
- At least 10 years in transport, fleet or logistics work, including hands-on experience driving and maintaining heavy goods vehicles
- At least 2 years supervising drivers or a transport team
- Valuable practical knowledge of vehicle mechanics, maintenance and tyres
- Comfortable with computers and smartphones: Excel, GPS tracking, and logistics or ERP software (SAP experience is a plus)
- Strong people skills, with the ability to lead a team firmly and fairly and sort out problems on the ground
- Knowledge of RTO procedures, e-way bills and transport rules, and familiarity with Kerala routes
- Malayalam and English are required. Hindi and/or Tamil is a robust advantage.
- Experience in tyre, rubber, scrap or manufacturing logistics is a plus
- Willing to travel to supplier locations and be available for breakdowns and urgent dispatches

- Salary: ₹20000 – ₹45000 per month
- Location: Airapuram & Keezhillam units, Ernakulam, Kerala (on-site, with regular travel)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
