Role & responsibilities

- Develop and execute category strategies for menswear in line with brand positioning and business objectives.
- Identify the latest fashion trends, customer preferences, and market demands to build a relevant product range.
- Plan seasonal collections, product assortment, and category mix across key menswear segments.
- Manage product lifecycle from concept and range planning to launch and end-of-season markdowns.
- Work closely with design, sourcing, buying, merchandising, and marketing teams.
- Monitor sales performance, stock levels, sell-through, and inventory ageing to improve category profitability.
- Analyse sales reports and customer feedback to identify bestsellers, slow-moving products, and new opportunities.
- Drive category growth through effective range planning, inventory management, and product performance analysis.
- Prepare regular category performance reports and recommend corrective actions.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate in Fashion Management, Retail Management, Business Management,



or a related field.
- Prior experience in category management, buying, merchandising, or product management in menswear or fast fashion.
- Strong understanding of menswear trends, fabrics, fits, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Good analytical skills with an understanding of sales, margins, inventory, and sell-through.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting.
- Solid coordination, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and meet business/sales deadlines.
