Role Summary

Lead the design, configuration, and delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Planning solutions. Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership to implement planning modules and advise clients on best practices.

What Youll Do

- Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design workshops for Oracle Fusion SCM Planning
- Configure and implement Oracle Supply Chain Planning modules (Demand Management, Supply Planning, Replenishment Planning, SOP, Planning Central)
- Define planning hierarchies, forecasting methods, planning parameters, safety stock strategies, and supply rules
- Design end-to-end process flows across Plan-to-Produce, Order-to-Cash, and Procure-to-Pay
- Configure integration points with Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Product Information Management
- Own functional deliverables across the full lifecycle: design, build, test, deploy, and hypercare
- Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, test scripts, and training materials
- Lead SIT and UAT cycles, resolve defects, and support cutover and go-live activities
- Manage data migration for planning-related data
- Collaborate with technical teams on collection processes, FBDI loads, OTBI/BI reports, and integrations (OIC, REST/SOAP APIs)
- Advise clients on planning best practices, quarterly release impacts, and process optimization
- Mentor junior consultants and review their work
- Coordinate with project managers on scope, estimates, risks,



and timelines
- Support pre-sales activities as required
- Provide post-go-live support and root cause analysis for planning issues
- Assess new Oracle releases and recommend relevant features
- Contribute to reusable accelerators, templates, and knowledge assets

What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):
- 7-10 years of ERP/SCM experience, with 4-5 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM
- Minimum 2-3 full-cycle Oracle Fusion SCM Planning implementations
- Robust hands-on expertise in at least three of the following: Demand Management, Supply Planning, Replenishment Planning, SOP, Global Order Promising, Planning Central
- Solid understanding of planning concepts: forecasting, MRP/MPS logic, safety stock, lead-time offsets, constrained vs. unconstrained planning, exception management
- Working knowledge of related Fusion modules (Inventory, Order Management, Procurement, Manufacturing)
- Experience with FBDI, ADFdi, OTBI, and BI Publisher
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have (Optional - only if mentioned):
- Oracle Fusion SCM Planning certification
- Experience migrating from legacy planning tools or Oracle EBS/ASCP to Fusion Cloud
- Exposure to Oracle Fusion Maintenance, Product Lifecycle Management, or Supply Chain Orchestration
- Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud and basic SQL
- Experience in manufacturing, high-tech, retail, life sciences, or consumer goods industries
- Agile and hybrid delivery experience
- Prior consulting or client-facing experience at a Big 4 or global SI

Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
