Shift Timing: 10:30 PM – 7:30 AM

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Work Mode The work mode will be decided based on the candidate's location:

- Tricity candidates (Chandigarh, Mohali, and Panchkula): Hybrid.
- Candidates based in South India or other distant locations: Work From Home (WFH).

About the Company Overseas Operations Management is an India-registered company managing businesses across multiple domains, including:

- LiveSecure Protection Services – Security guard services in Canada.
- StrongForce – Staffing and recruitment solutions.
- Connect Supplies – Commercial and industrial supplies.
- WipeUp Janitorials – Commercial and residential cleaning services.

For this role, you will work with StrongForce, which provides staffing and recruitment solutions in Canada.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Canadian clients across various job roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn,



databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients and manage follow-ups.
- Maintain candidate databases and provide regular recruitment updates.
- Meet recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of overall recruitment experience
- International recruitment experience, preferably Canadian recruitment, will be an advantage.
- Robust sourcing, screening, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently during the night shift.
