Role summary

As a Recruiter in our India Global Capability Centre, you will manage end-to-end recruiting for one or more US partner facilities. Working closely with onsite site leaders and hiring managers, you'll build and run a recruitment plan, source and screen candidates through digital channels, conduct virtual interviews, and move candidates smoothly between steps of the recruitment cycle. You won't be onsite, but you'll know the operation well enough to keep it fully staffed, and you'll be the steady link between candidates, hiring managers and onsite teams.

Essential job functions

- Partner with US hiring managers and site leaders over Teams, phone and email to understand staffing needs, shift patterns and job requirements
- Build and run a recruitment plan for assigned facilities,



including weekly hiring targets and pipeline forecasts
- Source and screen candidates through job boards, social media, the ATS database, referral programs and text or email campaigns
- Conduct phone interviews to assess candidate fit, availability and qualifications
- Manage the hiring process from offer to onboarding, including background checks, drug screens and pre-employment documentation, and coordinate with onsite teams for in-person steps such as I-9 verification and orientation
- Maintain a steady candidate pipeline to meet recurring and peak-season hiring demand
- Run paperless recruiting operations, keeping ATS/HRIS data accurate, current and audit-ready

Experience and qualifications

- Graduate degree in any discipline; an MBA or HR specialization is a plus
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in US IT recruitment, preferably in US high-volume or hourly (light industrial, warehouse, manufacturing or logistics) hiring
- Familiarity with US hiring practices, including background checks, drug screening, I 9/E-Verify and basic EEO guidelines
- Hands-on experience with an ATS and/or HRIS
- Positive working knowledge of MS Office: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word
- Clear, confident spoken and written English, with comfort speaking to US candidates and stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work with data and dashboards
- Able to work independently in a hybrid setup and manage priorities across time 3 zones
