About the Role

SightSpectrum is looking for experienced and result-oriented US Recruiters specializing in Non-IT Engineering recruitment to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and recruiting engineering professionals for US-based clients.

Candidates with robust knowledge of US recruitment processes, excellent sourcing skills, and experience handling engineering requirements are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US-based Non-IT Engineering requirements.
- Source and recruit candidates across engineering domains, including:

- Mechanical Engineering

- Electrical Engineering

- Civil Engineering

- Manufacturing and Production Engineering

- Automotive Engineering

- Industrial Engineering
- Utilize job portals such as Dice, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms to identify qualified candidates.
- Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and evaluate candidates against job requirements.
- Understand job descriptions, client requirements,



and candidate qualifications to ensure suitable submissions.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients and follow up throughout the selection process.
- Negotiate pay rates and manage candidate expectations to facilitate successful closures.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified engineering candidates.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and provide timely recruitment updates.
- Meet individual and team targets for submissions, interviews, and placements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in US recruitment, preferably specializing in Non-IT Engineering staffing.
- Strong understanding of US recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and candidate management.
- Experience recruiting engineering professionals for US-based clients.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn, Dice, and other recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
- Willingness to work in US shifts and from the Chennai office.
