Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven US Talent Sourcer to support recruitment initiatives across the United States. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, engaging, and building talent pipelines for technical and non-technical positions.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in US recruitment sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, talent mapping, market intelligence, and candidate engagement. Experience supporting contractor workforce programs and contractor-to-full-time conversions will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development

- Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, internal databases, referrals, and networking platforms.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
- Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and talent intelligence research.
- Use Boolean search, X-Ray search, and innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and talent availability.

Candidate Engagement

- Conduct initial candidate outreach and engagement.
- Review and screen profiles against job requirements.
- Share qualified candidates with recruiters and maintain a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and CRM systems.

Contractor-to-Full-Time Conversion

- Build and maintain pipelines of contractors eligible for full-time conversion.
- Track contractor tenure, eligibility, performance,



and conversion timelines.
- Coordinate with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR business partners on conversion readiness.
- Support conversion discussions, offer planning, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with applicable company policies and workforce regulations.

Stakeholder Management & Reporting

- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to support hiring priorities.
- Provide regular sourcing updates, market insights, and hiring progress reports.
- Support diversity hiring initiatives and workforce planning.
- Track sourcing performance, candidate engagement, submission rates, and interview conversions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4 to 9 years of experience in talent sourcing supporting US recruitment.
- Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, X-Ray search, and talent mapping.
- Experience sourcing technical, engineering, or technology talent for US-based positions.
- Familiarity with ATS and CRM platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work in US time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in Semiconductor, Manufacturing, Engineering, IT, or Technology recruitment.
- Knowledge of US labor market trends, employment practices, and work authorization considerations.
- Experience supporting contractor workforce management and contractor-to-permanent conversion programs.
- Robust analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
