- Source and engage candidates using ATS, social media, and networks; manage interview process and collaborate with leads to meet targets

Key Responsibilities:

- Proactively source, recruit, engage and maintain a strong candidate funnel for assigned requirements from US clients.
- Ensure effective utilization of applicant tracking system (ATS) and features to optimize recruitment outcomes.
- Using social media, multiple network sources, online tools, industry relationships, and community involvement to identify best talent for clients.
- Manage interview process, ensuring great candidate experience, from the first interview till the final closure.
- Work closely with Leads & Managers & achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly nos.

Qualifications:

- 1-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting in agency.
- Experience hiring w2, 1099, and C2C candidates.
- Excellent knowledge of US labour and visa regulations.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication.
- Creative thinker and proactive problem solver.
- A positive, can do” attitude.
