Shift: Night Shift – 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST (aligned with US EST working hours)

Key Responsibilities

- Market and place bench consultants with suitable client requirements.
- Coordinate with implementation partners, vendors, and direct clients to identify job opportunities.
- Submit consultant resumes to relevant job openings and manage submissions.
- Negotiate rates and coordinate interviews with clients and vendors.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and consultants.
- Follow up on submissions, interviews, and placement opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of consultant availability, submissions, and follow-ups.
- Work toward placement targets and contribute to the growth of the sales team.

Requirements
- Robust communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good English communication skills.
- Ability to work the night shift and collaborate with US-based clients and vendors.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
