We are looking for a creative and skilled Videographer to bring Sera Natural's products to life through premium visual storytelling. You will manage the complete production lifecycle and take ownership of our in-house studio, delivering high-quality content for social media, digital advertising, and brand campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

- Production Management: Own the shoot calendar, prepare detailed shot lists, storyboards, and creative references to ensure effective, high-volume content production.
- Video Production: Lead brand and product shoots, capturing high-quality videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms with compelling visual hooks.
- Studio & Equipment Ownership: Manage the in-house studio, maintain cameras, lighting, gimbals, and other equipment, ensuring an organized and ready-to-shoot environment.
- Technical Expertise: Execute professional lighting setups, camera configurations, creative angles, macro shots, and audio recording to deliver premium-quality visuals.
- Product Styling & Aesthetics: Capture visually appealing skincare product shots, textures, application demonstrations, and lifestyle content while maintaining Sera Natural's clean, vibrant, and premium brand aesthetic.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Brand, Marketing, and Video Editing teams to execute creative concepts and ensure organized,



high-quality footage delivery.

Requirements:

- Experience: 2 years of professional videography experience, preferably in skincare, beauty, lifestyle, or D2C brands.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of professional cameras, studio lighting, cinematography, gimbals, and audio equipment.
- Studio Management: Proven ability to independently manage studio setups, equipment maintenance, and production workflows.
- Creative Skills: Strong visual storytelling, product cinematography, attention to detail, and understanding of social media content trends.
- Logistics: Must be comfortable working full-time on-site in Gurugram and handling studio setup and teardown.

Portfolio: Candidates must share a portfolio or showreel demonstrating relevant videography and product cinematography experience.
