Role Description

This is a full time on-site role for a Mechanical Quality Engineer. The Quality Engineer will be responsible for conducting incoming, inprocess, final inspections, handling customer FAT,



resolving quality issues and preparing CAPA.

Key roles will be as follows:

# Performing Incoming/ inprocess / Final inspection of sheet metal parts & Cabinets

# Ensuring adherance to QAP/ MQP

# Performing FAI, PDI inspections for sheet metal enclosures & Operating Mechanisms

# Calibrations of equipment

# Handling Internal/ External complaints - Preparing RCA & CAPA

# Ensuring 5s & Safety

# Candidate should have good knowledge of welding symbols, should be able to understant weldment drawings

# Should have good knowledge of standard related to fabrication like std for visual inspection, symbols, tolerances etc

# Should have good understanding of Welding processes like MIG/MAG, TIG & Stud welding

# Should have command over quality tools and CAPA [8D]

# Knowledge/ certification in VT/PT will be added advantage

# Should have knowledge of processes like Powder coating & assembly
