- Handle Servicing IB (Inbound) & OB (Outbound) collection calls
- Secure payment arrangements and negotiate with customers.
- Address and resolve consumer queries, concerns, and account-related issues effectively.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills while ensuring compliance with process guidelines.

Job Requirements: Excellent command on spoken English with fluency.

Flexibility to work in 24/7 setting
