Hiring Plant Head for Dahej Dyes & Intermediate Company

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end plant operations, including production, maintenance, utilities, and process improvement.
- Achieve production targets as per the production plan, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
- Optimize manufacturing processes, plant capacity utilization, yield, and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with EHS standards, environmental regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Drive process safety, hazard identification, risk assessment, and incident prevention.
- Monitor batch manufacturing, process parameters, and critical chemical reactions.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, R&D;, Engineering, EHS, Supply Chain, and Stores.
- Ensure effective preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant equipment and utilities.
- Control manufacturing costs, energy consumption, raw material usage, and process losses.
- Implement SOPs, operational discipline, CAPA, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and transfer of hazardous chemicals and raw materials.
- Monitor effluent treatment, waste management, and pollution control systems.
- Develop team capabilities through training, performance monitoring, and workforce planning.
- Conduct regular operational reviews and implement corrective actions for deviations.
- Support audits, customer inspections, regulatory inspections, and certification requirements.
- Prepare and review production reports, operational KPIs, budgets, and plant performance metrics.
- Lead root-cause analysis of production failures, quality deviations, and safety incidents.
- Drive a robust safety culture and ensure adherence to established operating procedures.
