Key Responsibilities

- Product Education &
- Counseling:

Explain gold loan schemes, interest rates, repayment options, renewals, and closure terms clearly to customers.

- Cross-Selling &

- Portfolio Management:

Cross-sell allied financial products (such as insurance or other retail loans) and track renewals or overdue collections to prevent non-performing assets (NPAs).

- Compliance &

- Audits:

Ensure 100% adherence to KYC norms, internal fraud-detection guidelines, and audit documentation.

- Gold Appraisal &

- Processing Support:

Assist or coordinate in preliminary weight checks, documentation, KYC verification, and data entry in line with company policy.

- Key Responsibilities

- Customer Acquisition &

- Sourcing:

Generate leads via open-market sourcing, cold-calling, local marketing activities, field visits, and branch walk-ins.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
