Location: Kolabira / Jamshedpur, Jharkhand

Experience: 15+ Years

Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering

Industry: Manufacturing Preferably Auto Components

Key Requirement:

Mandatory experience in Injection Moulding / Blow Moulding

Solid experience in plant operations and manufacturing management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive production line efficiency to achieve greater than 95%.
- Ensure compliance with TS 16949 and environmental management systems.
- Review and implement action plans to prevent CQC issues and reduce PPM & COPQ.
- Monitor supply chain red issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct process audits and drive corrective actions for non-conformities.
- Control dead inventory and review Buffer History Reports (BHR).
- Develop contingency plans for manpower, utilities, suppliers, machinery, and process failures.
- Optimize productivity, reduce shifts where feasible, and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with CQC 2-2-2-2 requirements.
