Role & Responsibilities

- Handle international customer queries through calls ,Chat and other voice/non voice channels.
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer concerns.
- Maintain professional written communication and service quality.




- Understand customer issues and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain proper records and update customer information accurately.
- Work in rotational/night shifts as per business requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Excellent English communication skills, especially written English.
- Valuable typing, comprehension, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in an international BPO/customer support environment.
