Job Title: Customer Support Associate International Voice Process
Location: Jaipur, India (In office / Relocation bonus available)

Compensation & Benefits:
- Freshers: 26,500 Monthly CTC + 2,500 Monthly Performance Linked Incentive (PLI).
- Experienced (Min. 6 Months): 27,000 Monthly CTC + 3,000 Monthly Performance Linked Incentive (PLI).
- Relocation Support: Relocation bonus of up to 10,000 for outstation candidates moving to Jaipur.+ Complimentary 7 days of initial accommodation upon arrival
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist international customers by resolving queries and providing solutions over the call.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Adapt to dynamic rotational shift timings.
