Travel Process Executive – Customer Support & Backend Operations

Job Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Work Mode: Work from Office

Salary: ₹30,000–₹32,000 CTC per month

Experience: 6 months to 1+ year of relevant travel-process experience

Education: Graduate / Undergraduate

Working Days: 5 days a week

Shift: Rotational shifts

Week-offs: Rotational

Transport: Both-side cab facility, subject to applicable hiring-zone eligibility

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

We are hiring Travel Process Executives for customer support and backend operations. Candidates should have relevant experience in the travel industry, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage customer queries, booking requests, and travel-related changes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle travel-related customer queries through voice, email, and chat channels.
- Manage bookings, cancellations, amendments, and related requests.
- Coordinate with travel partners and other stakeholders to resolve booking-related issues.
- Process backend transactions accurately and within defined timelines.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure service quality.
- Follow company policies, operational guidelines, and service-level agreements.




- Provide timely resolutions while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Eligibility
- Minimum 6 months of experience in the travel process.
- Experience handling travel bookings, cancellations, or amendments is preferred.
- Strong English communication skills; excellent proficiency required for email and chat support.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Good problem-solving, coordination, and multitasking skills.
- Graduate and undergraduate candidates can apply.
- Must be comfortable working rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Salary & Benefits
- CTC ranging from ₹30,000 to ₹32,000 per month, depending on experience and assessment.
