- Profile Processing: Measure, mark, cut, rout, and prep UPVC and aluminium profiles according to exact project specifications.

- Machinery Operation: Safely operate production machinery including automated CNC machines, mitre saws, 4-head corner welders, and corner cleaners.

- Assembly &
- Welding:

Join and weld UPVC sections or screw/rivet aluminium profiles together to build structurally sound window and door frames.

- Reinforcement: Fit internal steel or aluminium reinforcements into UPVC frames to ensure optimal stability.

Hardware &

- Glazing Installation

- Hardware Fitting: Install structural mechanisms including hinges, locks, handles, restrictors, and multi-point locking systems.

- Glazing &
- Sealing:

Mount glass panels (double/triple glazed, tempered, or laminated) into finished frames,



applying rubber gaskets and weatherproofing sealants correctly.

- Quality Control &

- Safety

- Blueprint Reading: Read and accurately interpret technical drawings, workshop cutting lists, and production order forms.

- Defect Checking: Perform strict quality checks on finished items to identify misalignment, scratches, or weld defects before dispatching.

- Safety Adherence: Maintain a clean, organized workstation and adhere strictly to factory health and safety protocols regarding power tools and heavy lifting.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
