About the Role

We are looking for a creative and experienced UI/UX & Graphic Designer with 3+ years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate should have strong experience designing websites, landing pages, e-commerce interfaces, social media creatives, and marketing materials. The candidate should be comfortable working independently from a brief, creating designs in Figma, maintaining visual consistency, and collaborating with WordPress/web developers.

Key Responsibilities

- Design modern, professional and conversion-focused websites and landing pages in Figma.
- Create homepages, inner pages, service pages, contact pages, e-commerce pages and landing pages.
- Design responsive layouts for desktop, tablet and mobile.
- Create wireframes, user flows and high-fidelity UI designs where required.
- Create reusable components, styles and design systems in Figma.
- Prepare design assets and specifications for WordPress/web developers.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Review developed websites and identify design/UI inconsistencies.
- Create social media posts, banners, advertisements and promotional creatives.
- Design website banners, promotional graphics, presentations and marketing materials.
- Maintain brand consistency across websites and marketing channels.
- Research current web design trends and competitor websites.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Required Skills

- 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX and graphic design.
- Robust hands-on experience with Figma (Mandatory).
- Excellent understanding of website UI/UX and responsive design.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, spacing, grids and visual hierarchy.
- Experience designing websites for WordPress and other CMS platforms.




- Experience creating social media and digital marketing creatives.
- Good understanding of modern web design trends.
- Ability to understand and follow brand guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail.

- Adobe XD, After Effects or other prototyping tools are an advantage.

What We Are Looking For The candidate should understand the complete design process: Business Requirement UX Wireframe UI Design Responsive Design Developer Handoff Final QA The candidate should be able to take a basic business brief and independently develop the visual direction, layout, typography, imagery, sections, CTA placement and responsive design.

Portfolio Requirement

Portfolio is mandatory. Candidates must provide actual website/UI projects and social media/graphic design work and be able to explain their personal contribution to each project.

Qualification A degree/diploma in Graphic Design, UI/UX, Visual Communication, Fine Arts or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if the portfolio and practical skills are strong.

Practical Assessment

Shortlisted candidates may be asked to complete a 2-3 hour practical design assessment covering a homepage desktop design, mobile homepage, one inner page, one social media creative, and basic Figma components/design system.
