We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and results-driven Travel Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and sales skills, a passion for travel, and the ability to convert potential customers into confirmed bookings.

All leads will be provided by the company. No cold calling or lead generation is required. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with interested customers, explain our travel packages, and convert enquiries into successful bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Conversion: Contact company-provided leads, understand customer requirements, and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Sales & Communication: Effectively communicate package details, pricing, itineraries, and benefits to prospective customers.
- Customer Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with interested customers, address their queries, handle objections, and close sales.
- Sales Targets: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while contributing to the company's revenue growth.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive customer relationships to ensure satisfaction, repeat bookings, and referrals.
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the team to improve conversion rates, optimize follow-up strategies, and enhance overall sales performance.

Requirements
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Confident and persuasive approach to selling.




- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Ability to handle customer enquiries and follow-ups professionally.
- Target-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales goals.
- Previous experience in travel sales, telecalling, or B2C sales will be an advantage.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with WhatsApp and customer management tools.

- Fixed Salary + Additional commission on every confirmed booking.
