Job Title: Transport Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:-

1. Vehicle Tracking: Monitor and track all transport vehicles to ensure timely movement and delivery.
2. Fleet Management: Maintain records of all vehicles, including their availability, movement, and daily operations.
3. Billing & Documentation: Prepare and maintain transport bills, invoices, vehicle expenses, and other related documents.
4. Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure regular servicing, maintenance, and timely repairs of all vehicles.
5. Maintenance Knowledge: Have practical knowledge of vehicle maintenance, common mechanical issues, and troubleshooting.
6. Vehicle Inspection: Regularly check vehicle conditions to ensure safety and proper functioning.
7. Cost Control: Monitor fuel consumption,



maintenance expenses, and other transportation costs.
8. Coordination: Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and other departments for smooth transportation operations.
9. Record Keeping: Maintain proper records of vehicle documents, insurance, permits, servicing, and repair expenses.
10. Problem Solving: Handle vehicle breakdowns, delays, and other transportation-related issues efficiently.
