We are hiring for Transport Manager/ Assistant Manager

Location: Bangalore and Chennai

Experience: 7 to 13 Yrs in Transportation, Logistics or supply Chain Operations

Job Responsibilities

- Manage daily dispatch planning, Vehicle Placements and transport operations.
- Handle fleet Management, route optimization and transporter/ vendor coordination.
- Ensure timely store deliveries, optimum vehicle utilization and frieght cost control.
- Supervise loading, vehicle turnaround time and dispatch documentation
- Monitor Transportation MIS, KPIs, delivery performance and operational costs
- Ensure accurate SAP transactions, Statutory Compliance and transport safety
- Coordinate with warehouse, inventory DC Operations Team

Required skills: Transport Operations, Fleet management, Route Planning, Vendor Management, SAP, MS Excel and Dispatch Operations Experienced in Retail, FMCG, or Large Scale Distributions Centers
