We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Transport & PDI Executive to manage transportation arrangements and Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) of heavy earth-moving equipment.

Required Skills

- Experience in transport, logistics, dispatch, or PDI operations preferred.

- Basic knowledge of heavy equipment inspection and transportation.

- Valuable coordination, communication, and documentation skills.

- Knowledge of MS Excel and record management.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet delivery timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Arrange transportation and trailers for machine delivery to customer locations.

- Conduct and coordinate PDI of machines before dispatch.

- Check machine condition, accessories, and readiness before delivery.





- Coordinate with Sales, Service, and transport vendors for timely machine dispatch.

- Track transportation and ensure safe and timely delivery.

- Maintain PDI checklists, delivery challans, transport bills, and dispatch records.

- Coordinate loading, unloading, and machine handover to customers.

- Verify transport bills and maintain transportation expense records.

- Ensure all required documents are available before dispatch and delivery.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
