Detailed Role Purpose The incumbent will be responsible for leading and driving complex transition programs across global delivery locations. The role demands expertise in transition planning, solution implementation, stakeholder management, process migration, and operational readiness. The individual will play a critical role in ensuring seamless transition of business processes while delivering value to clients through operational excellence and transformation initiatives.

Additionally, the role involves supporting new business pursuits by contributing to solution design, implementation planning, and transition strategy development.

Key Responsibilities





Transition Management

- Lead end-to-end transition programs with complete ownership and accountability.
- Develop and execute comprehensive transition plans covering knowledge transfer, migration, stabilization, governance, and operational readiness.
- Ensure delivery milestones are achieved within agreed timelines and quality parameters.
- Manage transition risks, dependencies, assumptions, and mitigation plans.

Process Assessment & Transformation
- Evaluate business processes for offshoring feasibility and optimization opportunities.
- Identify process improvement and transformation opportunities during transition.
- Drive implementation of best practices and standardized transition methodologies.
- Support re-engineering initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

Client & Stakeholder Management
- Engage with client leadership teams and business stakeholders throughout the transition lifecycle.
- Conduct governance reviews and provide transition status updates.
- Build strong relationships with client teams and internal stakeholders.
- Manage escalations effectively and ensure stakeholder alignment.

Solutioning & Implementation
- Participate in solution design for new business opportunities and RFP responses.
- Partner with operations, technology, quality, training, and business teams to design implementation approaches.
- Support operational readiness activities prior to go-live.

Business Development Support




- Contribute to transition and implementation strategy during new client acquisitions.
- Assist in developing customized operating models and transition roadmaps.
- Support growth initiatives within existing client relationships.

External Interactions The role requires direct interaction with client stakeholders and leadership teams to:
- Present transition strategies and implementation plans
- Facilitate solution workshops and governance reviews
- Drive stakeholder alignment during migration and stabilization phases
- Support transition consulting and implementation activities
