Biz-Tech Analytics is an India-based AI training data services company. We help AI teams build the high-quality data that machine learning models learn from, across computer vision, coding, STEM and language projects. Our language team works with native speakers across India to help AI systems understand regional languages better.

Role Overview

We are looking for native Marathi speakers with good English to transcribe Marathi audio and translate Marathi content into English for AI projects. No prior AI experience is needed. Full training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

- Listen to Marathi audio and transcribe it accurately in Devanagari script
- Translate Marathi audio or text into clear, natural English
- Follow project guidelines for formatting, punctuation and tags
- Review and correct existing transcriptions and translations
- Maintain accuracy and meet task deadlines

Requirements

- Native fluency in Marathi (speaking, reading and writing in Devanagari script)
- Good written English
- Strong listening skills and attention to detail
- Laptop/desktop, headphones and secure internet
- Prior transcription or translation experience is a plus, not required
