About Us

Our Quantum Brain Gym 360° program trains students aged 6 to 19 across 9 brain gyms, with personalized 49-day to 84-day transformation journeys.

We are expanding our Mumbai operations and are looking for an experienced and passionate Training Manager to lead the training and development of our trainers, Growth Partners, and partner centre teams.

Role Overview

As the Training Manager, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and managing all training programs for QSS; including trainer certification, partner onboarding, and ongoing skill development. You will ensure that every trainer and partner delivers the Quantum Brain Gym program with consistency, quality, and impact.

This is a work-from-office role based in Mumbai, suited to someone who is hands-on, organized, and passionate about education and child development.

Key Responsibilities1. Trainer Certification & Development

- Design and deliver the QSS Train-the-Trainer Certification Program (3-day certification for new trainers).
- Conduct refresher training and advanced workshops for existing trainers.
- Assess trainer performance and provide feedback and coaching.
- Maintain trainer certification records and ensure all trainers meet QSS standards.

2. Partner Onboarding & Training

- Train Growth Partners on the Quantum Brain Gym program, pitch decks, and onboarding processes.
- Conduct orientation sessions for new partner centres.
- Develop training materials, SOPs,



and guides for partners and partner centres.

3. Curriculum & Content Development

- Work with the curriculum team to develop and update training modules for all age groups (6–12, 13–15, 16–19).
- Create training videos, presentations, worksheets, and assessment tools.
- Ensure training content is aligned with QSS philosophy, methodology, and brand guidelines.

4. Training Delivery & Coordination

- Schedule and coordinate training sessions (online and offline).
- Manage logistics for training programs like venue, materials, attendance, and feedback.
- Conduct training sessions in Mumbai and, when required, travel to partner locations.

5. Quality Assurance & Assessment

- Monitor training quality and trainer effectiveness through observations and feedback.
- Conduct assessments and certifications for trainers and partners.
- Track training KPIs; trainer certification rates, partner satisfaction, and training completion rates.

6. Team Management

- Lead and mentor a team of trainers and training coordinators.
- Assign training responsibilities and monitor performance.
- Build a high-performing training team aligned with QSS goals.

7. Reporting & Documentation

- Maintain training records, attendance, and assessment data.
- Prepare monthly training reports for management.
- Document best practices and standardize training processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, HR, Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is an advantage.
- Experience: 2–5 years in training, learning & development,



or education management.
- Training Delivery: Proven experience designing and delivering training programs (in-person and online).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi (Marathi is essential for Mumbai operations).
- Presentation Skills: Confident and engaging presenter with strong public speaking ability.
- Curriculum Design: Ability to develop training materials, lesson plans, and assessments.
- Team Management: Experience leading and mentoring a team.
- Organizational Skills: Strong planning, scheduling, and coordination abilities.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with Google Workspace, Zoom/Google Meet, Canva, and LMS platforms.
- Passion: Genuine interest in education, child development, and brain training.

Good to Have

- Experience in the education, coaching, or edtech sector.
- Knowledge of brain gym, cognitive development, or child psychology.
- Experience training teachers, coaches, or facilitators.
- Familiarity with franchise or partner training models.
- Certification in training and development (e.g., Train the Trainer).
