Role & Responsibilities

- Deliver end-to-end training programs for US Banking Operations processes.

- Conduct recent hire onboarding, process training, refresher training, and floor support activities.

- Develop and update training materials, SOPs, process documents, and assessments.

- Evaluate trainee performance and provide coaching to improve productivity and quality.

- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for banking operations, resolving process-related queries.

- Ensure adherence to process guidelines, compliance requirements, and client expectations.

- Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Management teams to drive process improvements.

- Support knowledge management initiatives and process transitions.

- Prepare training reports, scorecards, and performance dashboards.

- Mentor team members and facilitate continuous learning within the organization.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 5+ years of experience in US Banking Operations.

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an SME, Trainer, or Process Trainer.

- Strong understanding of AML, KYC, CDD, EDD, Payments,



Fraud, Lending, Mortgage, or Retail Banking operations.

- Proven experience in classroom and virtual training delivery.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in creating training content, SOPs, and process documentation.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Graduate degree in any discipline.

- Immediate to 30-day notice period preferred.
