Department: Supply Chain -Warehouse

Position: Trainee – Supply Chain

Job Responsibilities

Branch Stock and Demo Checking: Verify branch stock and demo items, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with branches to resolve discrepancies.

Purchase Order Preparation: Prepare purchase orders for all factory-related items as per requirements and ensure timely processing.

Purchase Entries: Make purchase entries in the system for all items except import items, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.

Record Maintenance: Maintain proper documentation and records related to stock verification, demo items, purchase orders, and purchase entries.

Coordination: Coordinate with the Purchase, Stores, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Required Skills

Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel.

Good attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Willingness to learn ERP/software-based processes.

Good coordination and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
