Job summary : Farohar Enterprizes is seeking detail-oriented and motivated candidates for the role of Trainee Data Analyst within the maritime ERP and shipping domain.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter, update, and maintain data in ERP and Planned Maintainance Systems application.

- Maintain accurate, complete, and well organized electronic records and database.

- Use MS Excel for data entry, data checks, and basic reporting.

- Verify assigned data for accuracy, completeness, spelling, and consistency before submission.

- Organize and maintain technical and operational documentation in accordance with team standards.

- Coordinate with team members to resolve queries and support effective data management.

- Meet assigned daily productivity and quality standards.

Required qualifications and Skills





- Graduate degree in any discipline.

- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and confidence in working with digital records.

- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and consistency.

- Ability to work systematically witha data and documentation

- Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.

- Explicit basic communication skill and willingness to learn.
