Royal Vista Travel Solution is looking for an energetic, proactive, and highly active Tour Coordinator to join our growing travel team in Thrissur.

The ideal candidate should have excellent coordination skills, a positive attitude, and a strong interest in travel and tourism. We are looking for someone who can handle travel arrangements, coordinate with customers and suppliers, and ensure smooth execution of tour packages.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate domestic and international tour packages.
- Communicate with customers and understand their travel requirements.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, tour guides, and other travel suppliers.
- Prepare itineraries, quotations, and travel schedules.
- Follow up with customers and assist with bookings and travel arrangements.
- Handle day-to-day tour coordination and operational activities.
- Ensure smooth coordination before, during, and after customer trips.
- Provide timely updates and assistance to customers.

Requirements




- Must be energetic, proactive, responsible, and willing to take initiative.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp, email, and MS Office.
- Ability to multitask and work in a rapid-paced environment.
- Interest in travel, tourism, and customer service.
- Freshers with the right attitude are welcome; travel industry experience is an advantage.
- Hindi and English communication is required.
