Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries for domestic and international holiday packages.

- Prepare customized itineraries, quotations, and tour packages.

- Arrange hotel bookings, sightseeing, transfers, and complete tour arrangements.

- Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, and international travel suppliers.

- Follow up with leads via calls and WhatsApp to convert inquiries into bookings.

- Explain package inclusions, exclusions, visa requirements, and travel terms.

- Provide excellent customer service before and after booking.

Requirements

- Minimum 6 months of experience in travel agency or holiday package sales preferred.

- Knowledge of international destinations such as Thailand, Vietnam, Dubai, Bali, Singapore, Malaysia, and Europe.

- Positive communication, customer-handling, and sales skills.

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with email and WhatsApp.

- Ability to handle multiple inquiries and achieve sales targets.

Salary & Benefits
