- Coordinate the design, development, modification, and fabrication of tools, dies, moulds, jigs, and fixtures.
- Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance of all production tools and moulds.
- Identify recurring tool failures and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure proper calibration and upkeep of measuring instruments and inspection equipment.
- Maintain machine utilization and maintenance records.
- Coordinate with the Quality Department for inspection and approval of tooling components.
- Implement root cause analysis for recurring defects, tool failures, and production rejections.
- Maintain inventory of tools, cutting tools, inserts, spares, consumables, and tool room materials.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
