Tapukara
Manufacturing and fitting of sheet metal deep drawing dies, cutting dies, blanking dies and forming dies.
Read and understand 2D drawings and die/tooling drawings.
Perform die assembly, fitting, spotting and try-outs.
Work on deep draw dies, trimming dies, piercing dies, blanking dies and forming dies.
Operate and coordinate with lathe, milling, surface grinding, EDM/Wire EDM and other tool-room machines.
Identify and rectify die-related problems during trials and production.
Maintain required dimensions, tolerances, surface finish and die accuracy.
Modify and repair dies as per production requirements.
Coordinate with production and quality teams for successful die trials.
Ensure dies are completed within the required time and quality standards.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
