Sharmunjay HR Services is hiring on behalf of its client, a leading compliance consulting company in India, for multiple positions in Labour Law and Statutory Compliance.

We are looking for motivated professionals with knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and compliance operations to join the team at different experience levels.

Job Locations: Bangalore & Haridwar

Work Mode: In office

OPEN POSITIONS & SALARY BUDGET For Executive budget is Rs 5.1 LPA, location is Haridwar For TL budget is Rs 5.9 LPA, location is Bangalore For Sr Executive budget is from 3.6 LPA to Rs 5.1 LPA, location is Bangalore For Trainee budget is Rs 1.8 LPA, location is Bangalore For Executive budget is Rs 5.1 LPA, location is Bangalore

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory regulations.
- Handle PF, ESI, Professional Tax (PT), Labour Welfare Fund (LWF), and other statutory compliances.
- Manage compliance under the Shops and Establishments Act, Factories Act, Contract Labour (CLRA), and other relevant legislation.
- Prepare and maintain statutory registers, returns, challans,



and compliance documentation.
- Monitor statutory deadlines and ensure timely filing of returns and remittances.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams on compliance-related matters.
- Support compliance audits, identify gaps, and assist with corrective actions.
- Maintain compliance trackers and prepare periodic reports.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

- Graduate in any discipline; Law, HR, Commerce, or a related qualification is preferred.
- Relevant experience in labour law and statutory compliance, depending on the position.
- Practical knowledge of PF, ESI, PT, LWF, CLRA, and applicable labour laws.
- Good documentation, coordination, communication, and MS Excel skills.
- Experience in compliance consulting, payroll compliance, statutory audits, or corporate compliance operations will be an advantage.

NOTE Candidates having notice period more then 1 month need not apply, immediate joiners between 15-20 days will be prefered, For Trainee/Executive/Sr Executive, exp between 1-3 yrs is required, for team lead exp above 3 yrs is required
