Required Skills and Qualifications

- Strong hands-on experience in TIG welding.
- Experience in welding thin sheet metal components ranging from 0.8 mm to 1.5 mm thickness.
- Valuable knowledge of welding parameters, heat control, and distortion prevention.
- Ability to maintain weld quality and dimensional accuracy.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
