1. Job Responsibilities

- Teach Science as per the CBSE curriculum and the academic requirements of the assigned grade levels.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, teaching aids, classroom activities, and assessment materials.
- Explain scientific concepts through practical demonstrations, experiments, and activity-based learning.
- Conduct simple science experiments while ensuring laboratory safety and the proper handling of materials.
- Create an engaging, interactive, and inquiry-based learning environment in the classroom.
- Assess students through classwork, homework, assignments, projects, practical activities, and examinations.
- Maintain accurate records of students’ academic performance, attendance, and progress.
- Provide regular feedback to parents regarding students’ academic development and areas for improvement.
- Use digital tools, smart classroom resources, and innovative teaching methodologies to enhance learning.
- Identify students’ learning needs and provide additional guidance and support wherever necessary.
- Maintain classroom discipline and encourage curiosity, critical thinking, and scientific reasoning among students.
- Participate in staff meetings, academic planning, school events, training sessions, and professional development programmes.
- Perform other academic responsibilities assigned by the school management.

1. Eligibility Criteria

For TGT Science:

- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or a relevant Science subject.
- B.Ed. qualification is required.





For PRT Science:

- Graduation in Science or a relevant discipline with a Science background.
- B.Ed. qualification is preferred.

1. Experience

- 1–3 years of teaching experience is preferred.
- Freshers with strong subject knowledge, good communication skills, and a genuine interest in teaching may also apply.

- Good communication skills in English.
- Strong subject knowledge and conceptual clarity in Science.
- Effective classroom management and student engagement skills.
- Ability to explain scientific concepts in a easy, practical, and interesting manner.
- Familiarity with CBSE teaching methodologies and assessment practices.
- Ability to conduct activity-based lessons and practical demonstrations.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital teaching tools.
- Patience, adaptability, teamwork, and a student-centred approach to teaching.
