Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate, dedicated, and well-qualified TGT English Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have excellent command of English, solid communication skills, and the ability to create an engaging and supportive learning environment for secondary-grade students.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons for secondary-grade students.
- Teach English grammar, literature, reading, writing, vocabulary, and communication skills.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, presentations, assignments, and other teaching resources.
- Use interactive and activity-based teaching methods to improve students’ language skills.
- Encourage students to develop strong reading, writing, speaking, and listening abilities.
- Conduct classroom discussions, debates, presentations, creative writing, and other language activities.
- Assess students through classwork, assignments, projects, tests, and examinations.
- Monitor students’ academic progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and student performance.
- Communicate with parents regarding students’ academic progress when required.
- Participate in examinations, school events, meetings, workshops,



and other academic activities.
- Work collaboratively with other teachers and follow the school curriculum and academic guidelines.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English or a related field.
- B.Ed. or relevant teaching qualification preferred.
- Previous teaching experience at the TGT/secondary level will be an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Solid knowledge of English grammar, literature, and language pedagogy.
- Good classroom-management and student-engagement skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with digital teaching tools.
- A positive, patient, creative, and student-friendly approach.
