Position: Test Drive Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and schedule vehicle test drives for prospective customers.

- Ensure test drive vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for customer demonstrations.

- Maintain records of all test drives conducted and customer feedback received.

- Coordinate with the sales team for timely test drive arrangements.

- Verify customer driving licenses and complete necessary documentation before test drives.

- Brief customers on vehicle features, safety measures, and test drive routes.

- Track test drive vehicle movement and maintain logbooks.

- Follow up with customers after test drives and assist the sales team in conversion activities.

- Ensure compliance with dealership and OEM test drive policies.





- Monitor test drive vehicle maintenance and report any issues to the concerned department.

Required Skills:

- Positive communication and customer handling skills.

- Basic knowledge of passenger vehicles and automotive features.

- Strong coordination and organizational skills.

- Ability to manage multiple test drive requests efficiently.

- Proficiency in MS Office and dealership management systems.

Qualification:

- Graduate in any discipline.

- Valid driving license is mandatory.

Experience:

- 1-3 years of experience in automobile sales operations, customer relations, or dealership coordination.
