Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

Function: Sales | Reporting To: Zonal Sales Manager

Job Level: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager

Job Purpose:

Manage the assigned territory to drive sales growth, increase market share, and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for the prepaid business.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Expand the distribution network and increase SIM and data-selling outlets across the assigned territory.
2. Ensure effective servicing of existing retailers and channel partners.
3. Develop sales strategies based on market potential, customer segments, and local demographics.
4. Drive sales targets, revenue growth, and customer market share.
5. Ensure effective execution of distribution, sales, and marketing activities.
6. Analyze sales data, identify growth opportunities, and take corrective actions.
7. Build solid relationships with distributors, retailers, and other stakeholders.





Eligibility Criteria:

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM preferred.
- 2-4 years of sales experience, preferably in Telecom or FMCG.
- Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and team management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
