- Performance Management: Monitor and control delinquency, tracking portfolio performance across specific, aging buckets.

- Agency Management: Hire, train, and manage internal staff to ensure effectiveness.

- Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute collection strategies to achieve targets for debt recovery.

- Compliance & Risk: Ensure all collection actions comply with local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and company policies.

- Reporting: Analyze, prepare, and present regular reports on collection performance and outstanding debt trends.
