We are looking for an experienced Tender Manager with strong expertise in online bidding, tender management, rate analysis, and price determination for agricultural commodities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end tendering and online bidding for Rice, Chana, Paddy, and Wheat.
- Manage tender participation through NEML, FCI, NAFED, and MAFED portals.
- Analyze market rates, procurement costs, logistics, and other expenses to determine competitive bidding prices.
- Prepare quotations, price calculations, rate comparisons, and bidding strategies.
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, EMD, security deposits, and submission deadlines.
- Coordinate with procurement, finance, sales, and logistics teams.
- Track tender results, bidding status, purchase orders, and contract execution.

Requirements




- Graduate in Commerce, Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in tender management, e-auctions, or Agri-commodity procurement.
- Hands-on experience with NEML, FCI, NAFED, and MAFED portals preferred.
- Strong knowledge of commodity pricing, rate analysis, and competitive bidding.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, pricing sheets, and tender documentation.
