Job Summary The Tender Manager will be responsible for identifying, managing, preparing, and submitting government and private tenders related to EV charging infrastructure, electrical projects, and allied business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and track relevant government, PSU, corporate, and private tenders.
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, BOQ, and commercial requirements.
- Coordinate with technical, finance, legal, sales, and operations teams for tender preparation.
- Prepare technical and commercial tender documentation.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of bids through relevant portals.
- Manage EMD, tender fees, PBG, security deposits, and other tender-related documentation.




- Prepare pre-bid queries and coordinate for clarifications.
- Maintain a database of submitted, ongoing, awarded, and rejected tenders.
- Monitor tender results and analyze competitors and market opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all tender terms and conditions.
- Coordinate with management for pricing, approvals, and final bid submission.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of government and PSU tendering processes.
- Experience with GeM and other e-tender portals.
- Robust documentation and analytical skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Knowledge of EV charging, electrical infrastructure, or renewable energy will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
