Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Tender Executive to manage the complete tendering process, including identifying relevant tenders, preparing documentation, submitting bids, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate submissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Search and identify relevant government and private-sector tenders on platforms such as GeM, CPPP, and other e-procurement portals.
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and submission deadlines.
- Prepare and submit tender applications, bids, quotations, and required documentation.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Technical, and Management teams for tender-related requirements.
- Manage EMD, tender fees, bank guarantees, and other bid-related formalities.
- Maintain records of submitted tenders, bid status, deadlines, and results.
- Track tender openings, technical evaluations, financial bids, and award status.
- Ensure compliance with tender terms, conditions, and submission requirements.




- Follow up on pending tenders and maintain a tender database and MIS reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; a relevant qualification will be preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in tender management or tender documentation.
- Practical knowledge of GeM, CPPP, and government e-tendering portals.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and documentation.
- Strong attention to detail, coordination, and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of EMD, BG, technical bids, and financial bids will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with experience in battery manufacturing, electrical equipment, energy storage, power electronics, or industrial products will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
