· Monitor tender portals and identify relevant opportunities

· Prepare, compile, and review tender documents in compliance with client requirements and deadlines

· Coordinate with internal teams (technical, finance, procurement, etc.) to gather necessary inputs for tender submissions

· Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on time

· Maintain and organize records of tenders, contracts, and related documentation

· Handle client communication via email, calls, and meetings regarding project and tender-related queries.

· Assist in preparing project reports, presentations,



and correspondence

· Follow up with clients and internal teams to ensure timely responses and updates

· Support project execution activities and administrative tasks as required.

Required Skills: -

· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Robust attention to detail and organizational skills

· Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
