Job Title: Tender Executive – Electrical / MEP

Salary: ₹35,000–₹40,000 per month

Location: As per company requirement

Job Requirement:

Candidates must have hands-on experience in Electrical or MEP Tendering . Experience in preparing and submitting tenders for government and private-sector projects is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and submit Electrical / MEP tenders for government and private projects.
- Review tender documents, drawings, BOQ, specifications and contract conditions.
- Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, rate analysis and bid pricing.
- Coordinate with OEMs, vendors and subcontractors for quotations.
- Prepare technical and commercial bid documents.
- Work on Electrical, HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, ELV and IBMS systems, as applicable.
- Handle tender submissions through GeM, CPPP, CPWD, NBCC, HSCC, RITES and other e-tender portals.
- Attend pre-bid meetings and prepare tender clarifications.
- Coordinate with Projects, Design,



Procurement and Finance teams.
- Maintain tender records and ensure timely submission.

Required Skills:

- Mandatory experience in Electrical or MEP tendering.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, costing and rate analysis.
- Knowledge of government tender procedures and e-procurement portals.
- Ability to read Electrical / MEP drawings and technical specifications.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word; AutoCAD knowledge preferred.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Project Experience: CPWD, NBCC, HSCC, RITES, PWD, hospitals, data centres, commercial buildings, airports, metro, industrial projects or large EPC projects.

Important: Candidates with relevant Electrical / MEP tendering experience will be considered. The salary budget is strictly ₹35,000–₹40,000 per month .
