Ambrient Infra Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled, detail-oriented, and responsible Tender Executive to join our Head Office team on an URGENT BASIS. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of tender documentation, government and private tenders, bid submission, and tender portal management.

Job Location: Head Office, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh

Position: Tender Executive

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and skills)

Joining: Immediate / As Soon As Possible

Roles & Responsibilities

* Search, identify, and evaluate relevant government and private tenders.

- Handle tender documentation, preparation, and online bid submission.
- Review tender notices, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and commercial terms.
- Prepare and maintain technical bids, financial bids, quotations, and other required documents.
- Manage tender submissions through government portals such as GeM and CPPP/e-Procurement portals, as applicable.
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect the required documents, approvals, and pricing details.
- Ensure timely submission of tenders and compliance with all tender requirements.
- Track tender deadlines, bid status,



results, and upcoming opportunities.
- Maintain records of submitted tenders, EMDs, tender fees, and related documentation.
- Assist with post-bid queries, clarifications, and follow-ups.

Requirements

* Graduate in any relevant discipline; a technical or engineering background will be an advantage.
- Prior experience in tendering, preferably in the infrastructure or construction industry.
- Knowledge of government tender portals and online bidding procedures.
- Positive command of MS Excel, MS Word, and documentation.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet strict deadlines.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
