Role Objective The Tender Manager / Executive will be responsible for identifying, managing, and submitting government and private tenders/RFPs related to IT infrastructure, hosting services, cloud solutions, and enterprise IT services, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and competitive bids.

Key Responsibilities

1. Tender Identification & Analysis

Search and track relevant tenders (GeM, eProcurement portals, PSU, Govt., Enterprise RFPs) Analyze tender requirements related to:

o Cloud Hosting / VPS / Dedicated Servers o Data Center Services o Managed IT Services

 Evaluate eligibility, technical feasibility, and profitability

1. Bid Preparation & Submission

 Prepare complete tender documents including: o Technical proposals (hosting infrastructure, uptime SLA, security)

o Commercial bids and pricing strategy

 Coordinate with internal teams (tech, sales, finance)

 Ensure compliance with tender terms and deadlines

1. Documentation & Compliance

 Maintain updated repository of: o Company credentials (experience, certifications, infrastructure)

o Past project references o Legal & financial documents

 Ensure adherence to government procurement norms

1. Technical Coordination

 Work with technical teams to: o Define hosting architecture (cloud/VPS/dedicated)

o Highlight USPs such as:





 99.95% uptime guarantee

 Global server locations

 24/7 support availability

1. Vendor & Client Interaction

 Communicate with authorities for clarifications  Attend pre-bid meetings and negotiations

 Build relationships with government departments and enterprise clients

1. Pricing & Strategy

 Develop competitive pricing aligned with: o Market trends o Cost structures o Long-term contracts

 Identify upselling opportunities (cloud upgrades, managed services)

1. Post-Tender Follow-up

 Track bid status and results  Handle contract finalization and onboarding

 Maintain MIS reports on wins/losses Required Skills & Competencies Technical Understanding

 Knowledge of:

o Cloud hosting (AWS, VPS, Dedicated Servers)

o Data centers and networking basics o IT infrastructure services Tender Expertise

 Experience with:

o GeM Portal / CPPP / State e-tender portals o RFP/RFQ documentation o Government procurement processes Core Skills

 Solid analytical & documentation skills

 Attention to detail and compliance

 Negotiation & communication skills

 Time management (strict deadlines)

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
